SHIPPING INFORMATION

Entripy offers the following shipping options to clients: 

UPS Standard

Entripy can ship your custom t-shirts to Canda, US, UK and Australia. We use UPS as our Courier of choice. UPS offers next-day delivery within most places (excluding rural areas) in Ontario. For other provinces, shipping time can range from 3 – 5 business days.

*Please note that UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY INFORMATION

Decorated Items

We are so confident in the product we provide that we also guarantee our quality of screen printing and embroidery is free from any defect or misprints. But of course, sometimes mistakes do happen. If a logo'd item comes to you stained, damaged, incomplete or we have made an error in sizing from the requested order, we will provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

If you receive a logo'd item and determine upon arrival that it is the wrong size please contact customer service at 1-888-694-1197, or by email at support@zipmerch.ca. Logo'd items cannot be re-sold and therefore may be retained by you. However, we will offer a 50% discount on a replacement order. Please note the importance of using the sizing charts provided.

Non-Decorated items

Items that do not have a logo may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase. Please contact Customer Service at 1-888-694-1197, or by email at support@zipmerch.ca.
